Welcome to the Park Ave BMW Service Department. We are committed to providing our customers with world class service. Our experienced factory trained and certified technicians offer the highest level of care for your BMW. Park Ave BMW also offers 24 Roadside Service and can be reached at 201-481-0301. We're on call 24 hours a day to assist you with local jump starts, out of gas, lockouts & flat tires. Give us a call and we'd be glad to assist you. Just recently we received a call from a customer who had gotten a flat tire and managed to get to a nearby dealership. Unfortunately that dealership's service department was closed and the dealership was unable to help. Park Ave to the rescue! The customer called our 24-Hour Roadside Service and our Park Ave Service Technician changed the flat right there in another dealer's parking lot.
In May 2009 we built a 60,000 square foot Ultimate Service & Parts Center, where we offer you and your BMW the ultimate in BMW service. Our center features "drive-in" service, allowing you to drive your vehicle into our facility and meet with your service advisor comfortably, rain or shine! Loaner vehicles await you a few steps away making your visit quick and efficient. Or, while you wait for your vehicle, you can help yourself to light refreshments and make use of our business center and our computers, fax & printer or join our free WiFi with your own laptop. Enjoy comfortable lounge areas with televisions for your entertainment and browse our accessories boutique stocked with beautiful BMW lifestyle merchandise.
If you haven't seen our new facility yet, we highly recommend you come for a visit. Our center is beautiful both on the outside and the inside, but it's what you don't see that we are most proud of. We designed our facility to operate as environmentally friendly as possible.
